When Fluff isn't enough!
The Canadians are experts at living in cold climates and when we built our own homes in the Wakatipu we chose Canadian spray foam insulation. We love technology and we love being warm.
We can insulate your new build, existing underfloor and ceiling, and we specialise in shipping containers and tiny homes. We even spray spa’s and pools and specialist work such as underground refrigerant pipes. We are Queenstown based and cover the Wakatipu and Wanaka areas, and beyond on request.

WARMER HOME
Significantly Warmer 🔥
Compared with “fluff” insulation polyurethane spray foam retains it's R rating in even the worst conditions, and provides a complete air seal to keep warm air inside.

Fluff isn’t enough, not for southern New Zealand.
As energy costs raise the old Kiwi attitude of throwing more coal on the fire, or turning up the heater just doesn’t cut it any more. Modern homes need modern insulation to keep the heat inside in winter, and outside during summer.

Spray Foam insulation is water proof and airtight, and it’s R value is highest you can get per mm.

REDUCE BILLS
Energy Efficient
with as much as double the insulation efficiency per mm as other home insulation methods Polar Foam helps to keep your heating and cooling bills low throughout the life of your home.
Keep your valuable heat in and the cold out all winter long.

SUSTAINABILITY
Start living comfortably knowing your insulation uses recycling materials, while reducing the carbon footprint of your heating and cooling.

Eco Friendly
Made with recycled plastic bottles.
Our foam insulation contains a large portion of recycled plastics, mainly recycled drink bottles. Tons of plastic waste is diverted from landfills and used to save energy.

Dusty the warmest goat in town agrees!
Longevity
Modern homes are expected to last a minimum of 50yrs and many will be around for much longer. Polar Foam foam insulation will still be going strong to the end as it doesn't sag or absorb moisture leading to mould.
Air Tight
It’s no good having great R values if the cold outside air leaks in. Only some types of insulation stop leakage, and some loose efficiency when air flows though them. Poor insulation also allows air flow around pipes and wires, and other building gaps. Foam is airtight, does not sag, and sticks to the surfaces it’s applied to, so no air flow is permitted.
